I only process personal information for the following purposes: to contact my clients to discuss a booking or that I have been asked to quote upon.

Information I gather might include:

  • Your name 

  • Your contact telephone number 

  • Your email address

  • Your address

I never use any information gathered for any purposes except those outlined above. I will not use your information for any email marketing or similar activity.

I like to share my work on Social Media, images may include your home or garden where we have created grazes. This will not be shared without your permission. 

In accordance with GDPR, from 25 May 2018 you may request a copy of any data I may have about you.
I will not sell or pass on any information or data to any other company, business or individual, unless required to do so by law. 

I retain and hold all information gathered securely under the Data Protection Act and in line with ICO recommendations.

Terms and Conditions for Grazing Tables


Upon payment of your deposit you agree to accept all of our terms and conditions as listed  below.    

  • We require a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking to secure your order and the remaining 50% 7 days prior to your event.

  • Cancellation terms are 14 days in advance of the agreed event date. 

  • Please advise us at the time of booking but, at least 7 days prior to your event if you have any  special dietary requirements or allergies.

  • All our grazes may contain traces of nuts as we are not a nut free kitchen

Frequently Asked Questions for Grazing Tables

  • Parking is required at the venue. If this is not possible, please let us know in advance so we can  accommodate this.

  • Set up time is 2 hours prior to the agreed start time of your event.

  • All food will  be delivered in cool bags and all staff will be wearing aprons, hygiene gloves and masks  to  maintain high hygiene standards.    

  • We require you to provide a table that is not in direct sunlight and is in a cool area where  possible. Once tabled our recommendation is that the food can remain out for 4 hours.   

  • If you hire any non-disposable items from us they need to be returned within 48 hours of your  event. We will usually arrange to collect them from you, this will be arranged at time of booking. You will also be asked to sign and agree to an inventory of any equipment hired. 

  • We offer a full ‘clean up’ service at a pre-arranged time after your event. The cost for this starts at £100.    

  • We can supply high quality bamboo disposable, biodegradable plates, cutlery and napkins. We  are happy to provide samples in advance of your event.    

  • We love pictures! We like to use photos of our work to promote our business. Please let us know  in advance of your event if you object.  

  • We do not charge VAT as we are not VAT registered.  

  • We are fully insured.  

Terms and Conditions for Graze Boxes

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. 

  • Cancellations are not accepted but you may move the date of your delivery to another available date. We require at least 48hours notice for any amendments. 

  • Please ensure you advise us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or allergies.

  • All grazes may contain traces of nuts as we are not a nut free kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions for Graze Boxes

The graze boxes are photographed as soon as they are ready to leave, so you'll receive a preview and know its on its on the way. Delivery is always before noon unless agreed otherwise at time of booking.
